Information the site may receive

Do not send sensitive insurance data
Do not send medical records, Social Security numbers, financial-account details, full policy numbers, or complete insurance applications to Life Quote Atlas. We do not need that information for a publication or correction inquiry.
Site delivery and security
Cloudflare currently delivers and protects the site and may process request, security, performance, and diagnostic information under its own privacy terms. Standard hosting logs may also be retained for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
No account, quote form, or advertising tracker
The public site does not currently run Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, an account system, an insurance quote form, or an advertising cookie. Worksheet entries and calculator inputs stay in the visitor's browser and are not submitted to Life Quote Atlas.
How information is used
